With Otte Projektmanagement at your side, start-up planning already takes place during the construction stage of the project. Due to the early gearing of the production process and the building following our integral preparations, all of the processes within the building project are to be implemented in the production environment.
In this way we can, through early training or safety checks for example, guarantee a transition in the ongoing operations avoiding any gaps or interruptions.
We accompany you right up to the equipment of each and every workstation, and in the coordination of responsibility, act as a link between the production side, the new building, and the machine and systems engineering.
