That´s why OPM is only too happy to help you at the very start of a project with the layout design in the area planning. By involving our process advisors in the development phase we can ensure that projects are developed "inwards and outwards". Then through asking the right questions, we can carry workflows from the development stages into the process and in doing so, together we can develop an integrated concept. In this way mistakes can be avoided from the onset and any structural decisions revised in time. Moreover we can pinpoint conflicts in the implementation at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures to counteract them.
In the preliminary draft - and likewise draft planning stages - we align all project-relevant information with the building planning and the process development - for example the specific requirements of a workstation with the planning of the office space or with the Lean Management principles. In this regard our services transcend the very process optimisation, since we allow the knowledge attained from this to be incorporated into a concrete layout. Thus the layout can be established in relation to the building.
