Interfaces are the points of transfer for services and within a project it is essential they are specified precisely. That said, the more the project work is divided up, the more interfaces there are. The challenge is in correctly coordinating these interfaces between all participants involved in the project. Following the methods developed by Otte Projektmanagement for the description, management and surveillance of interfaces, we ensure that the responsibilities and correlations of highly complex projects are clearly coordinated and managed.
To aid the compilation and surveillance of project interfaces we have developed a specialised software tool.
