At the heart of the requirements´ assessment is an intensive workshop, which we moderate, that brings together all project participants.
In preparation for this interviews and sub-workshops are conducted to establish crucial facts and detailed knowledge. This stage can take up to one or two months, depending on the scale of the project and its complexity.
Our extensive experience in this area has enabled us to develop a specific manner in which to moderate these proceedings, and so we know which questions to ask and what aspects need to be scrutinised in order to establish and analyse the requirements, objectives and conditions of everyone involved in the project.
The external role of the moderator is one of incomparable importance because in its detachment it is able to recognise any potential in the requirements, as well as call any discomforting issues into question. In this way we are able to draft all the project´s relevant challenges into duties and clearly define your requirements.
With this taken care of, combined with the cooperation of all involved, the unleashed energy not only leads to a common definition of the project objective, but also to enhanced motivation and team building with outstanding positive results. At the end of this workshop there is a general satisfaction that their collected knowledge has been successfully combined in a unified document.
