Renovation concept for the Nordic Embassies

The ‘Felleshus/Pan Nordic Building’ was implemented in Berlin from 1997 to 1999 as a collective public building to house the joint complex of the five Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden).

Our services comprised the supervision of extensive redevelopment work throughout the course of deficiency track- ing; this was conducted in coordination with the five countries, during business operations following its completion in October 1999.

OPM were successful in handling complex subject matters associated with redevelopment work, both in the conceptual preparation as well as in the organisational monitoring, as a result of specifically coordinated solutions and strategic communication.
