The days when facility management meant occasionally patching holes in the roof with straw or the floor with clay are irrevocably over. In the age of Industry 4.0, information from complex networks of building and process technology must be processed, and sensitive materials, high-tech equipment and systems must be maintained and serviced. In order for this to happen optimally, the requirements of facility management must be incorporated into the project from the outset. If you opt for the second option, you should define the facility management requirements at an early stage and incorporate them into the planning and implementation at key points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do you save money? Because we work with BIM. With this method, the data for the FM is collected centrally throughout the entire duration of the project. It is therefore not only available when the final documentation is handed over. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
