A factory for overhauling Rolls-Royce engines was built in Arnstadt near Erfurt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The new plant essentially consists of three buildings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a factory hall with logistics: 35,600 m\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an administration building with canteen: 3,500 m\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an engine test stand: 4,900 m\u00b2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Already during the start-up phase of the N3 project, we took over the project management with the following core competences:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analysis and preparation of the user requirements profile (URS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management (\u00a731 HOAI LP 1-5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal project management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The high complexity of the project, which resulted from the multi-stage production process of the engine maintenance, the attached engine test stand, and the short realization phase of 12 months, could be implemented effectively and solution-oriented by our flexible and specialized team, so that the production phase could be started on schedule.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-c09ca549\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-c09ca549\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Facts and Figures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 01\/2005-05\/2007<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Client:<\/strong> N3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> Erfurt, Deutschland<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BGF:<\/strong> 44.000 m\u00b2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Investment:<\/strong> 100 Mio.
