Almost two decades ago, we already accompanied the Arnstadt site of N3 Engine Overhaul Services GmbH & Co. KG with our innovative project management, actively participating in its structural development. Since then, the company N3 has steadily grown. Now is the moment to expand not only internally but also structurally. N3 plans to increase capacity by expanding the site from 140 to 250 machines. At the same time, the workforce is set to increase from 920 employees to 1,200. This is happening against the backdrop of creating new space for the goals of N3.
With joy, we actively contribute to this chapter of the structural development of N3. Through our agile project management and interactive workshops, we contribute to successfully translating the goals of the company into reality.
