On the western edge of Berlin in the district of Spandau, an entire island, the Gartenfeld, will be redesigned starting in 2020. The goal: communal and self-organized urban living for all generations and a diverse mix of carriers and housing types. The project is currently in the development plan process. UTB, as one of the participating companies, has been involved in the management and control of the project so far. After the project development, the project control is now continued by Otte Projektmanagement GmbH (OPM) for the Planungsgemeinschaft das Neue Gartenfeld GmbH & Co. KG will be continued.
